I’m offering  free workshops to share some of the key lessons I’ve learned while parenting a teenager struggling with addiction and mental health challenges. I’ll be drawing both on my lived experience, as well as my training in Conscious Parenting with Dr. Shefali and the trauma- and addiction-informed teachings of Dr. Gabor Maté. There will be  time for discussion and Q & A.
