My Journey
Seeker, mother, facilitator, guide.

All my life I've been a seeker, a traveler, and a researcher.
Some years ago, I found myself searching for answers and meaning — not only in the work I was doing in the world, but more urgently as a woman and as a mother of two girls, one of them a teenager struggling with mental health and addiction. I needed something deeper than the advice I was being given. I needed to understand myself.
That search led me to study, to sit in circles, and to train with teachers whose work has shaped how I now show up for myself, my family, and the women I work with:

-
Parenting and Life Coaching Certification with Dr. Shefali Tsabary
-
Compassionate Inquiry Professional Training with Dr. Gabor Maté
-
Invitation to Change certification with the Center for Motivation and Change, supporting families of loved ones struggling with addiction

-
Studies with Dr. Ricci-Jane Adams at the Institute for Intuitive Intelligence
-
Master in Public Administration & Policy, New York University

Alongside these, I continue to learn from many teachers and traditions — the seeking never really ends.
What I've found along the way is that the inner work — looking honestly at our beliefs, our fears, the stories we've inherited — is what allows us to parent, love, and lead from a more grounded place. Not a place without pain, but a place with more clarity, more compassion, and more room to breathe.
This is the work I now offer to other women and mothers walking their own hard, sacred roads.
